1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY (the "Giveaway"). A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This Giveaway can be entered for free by following the Sponsor's Instagram account and posting a qualifying comment as described in Section 5. No purchase of any product, and no payment of any kind, is required at any stage of entry, selection, or prize fulfillment.

2. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by SVJ USA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered office at 108 W. 13th Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Sponsor"), operating the Sauce Essentials and Bars Blends brands under which the Grand Prize and Runner-Up prizes described in Section 6 are offered.

Sauce Essentials and Bars Blends are brands of the Sponsor and are not separate legal entities for purposes of these Official Rules. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it (e.g., Instagram, Meta, TikTok).

3. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to the state-specific restrictions below.

• Entrants must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater.
• Because this Giveaway and its prizes relate to Farm Bill–compliant hemp products, entry is limited to individuals residing in states/territories where the possession, purchase, and use of hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legal under applicable state law at the time of entry.
• Entry is void in, and the Sponsor expressly excludes residents of, any state, territory, or jurisdiction where the possession, purchase, or use of hemp-derived cannabinoid products (including but not limited to delta-8 THC, delta-9 THC, THCA, or other intoxicating hemp derivatives) is prohibited, restricted, or unclear under applicable state law as of the entrant's date of entry. Because state law in this area changes frequently and varies widely — and because a new federal definition of hemp under the Continuing Appropriations Act takes effect November 12, 2026, after which certain products may no longer qualify as legal hemp nationwide regardless of state law — the Sponsor will confirm and publish a current excluded-jurisdiction list before this Giveaway launches, and reserves the right to update that list at any time during the Entry Period.
• Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of the Sponsor, its affiliated brands, and its advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity, including a valid government-issued photo ID confirming age and state of residence, prior to prize award.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's record-keeping system is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

Winner selection will take place on or about August 1–3, 2026, to allow sufficient time for winner verification and, for the Grand Prize winner, travel arrangements ahead of the August 8, 2026 event.

5. How to Enter

Base Entry (required)

During the Entry Period, to receive one (1) base entry, an entrant must, on the designated Giveaway post on the Sponsor's Instagram account (@barsblends): (a) follow @barsblends, AND (b) post a qualifying comment on the Giveaway post tagging two (2) other Instagram users by username. Both steps are required for a valid base entry; following alone or commenting alone does not count.

• Limit: one (1) base entry per person/Instagram handle, regardless of how many qualifying comments that person posts.
• Tagged users are not required to do anything themselves and are not entrants unless they separately submit their own qualifying comment and follow the account.
• Entrants are responsible for keeping their Instagram account public (or otherwise verifiable) and remaining a follower through winner verification. Entrants who unfollow, delete their comment, or make their account private before winner verification will be disqualified.

Bonus Entries (optional)

After completing the base entry, entrants may tap the link in the Sponsor's Instagram bio to visit the Giveaway microsite and spin the "wheel" for a chance to earn additional bonus entries.

• Each entrant may spin the wheel a maximum of one (1) time per calendar day during the Entry Period, and may accumulate a maximum of five (5) bonus entries in total, regardless of the number of spins taken.
• Bonus entries only increase an entrant's number of chances in the random drawing under Section 7; they do not guarantee a win and are never required to enter or to be eligible to win — the free base entry above is sufficient on its own, consistent with Section 1 (No Purchase Necessary).
• The microsite may collect an entrant's name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence to associate bonus entries with their base entry and to facilitate winner verification and prize fulfillment; providing this information is not itself an additional or alternate way to enter beyond the base entry above.

General Entry Conditions

• Entrants may also be required to affirmatively confirm they meet the age and residency eligibility requirements in Section 3 before a prize is awarded.
• Entries (base or bonus) generated by script, macro, bot, fake account, purchased followers/comments, or other automated or fraudulent means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void, and the Sponsor may disqualify any associated entrant.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for comments, follows, or microsite entries that are lost, late, incomplete, deleted by Instagram or the entrant, or otherwise not received, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software, Instagram's platform, or the microsite, or any combination thereof.

6. Prizes

There are four (4) total winners in this Giveaway: one (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Runner-Up winners, each selected separately as described in Section 7. Approximate Retail Values ("ARV") are estimates as of the date these rules were prepared; actual value may vary.

Grand Prize (1 winner) — The Grand Prize winner will receive all of the following:

• Two (2) VIP tickets to Baja Beach Fest, August 8, 2026, Mexico. This prize consists of event admission tickets only — approx. $1,800–$3,000 total for the pair ($900–$1,500 per ticket).
• One (1) cash prize of $5,000 USD, awarded by whatever payment method the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion (which may include check, ACH, wire, or another form of payment).
• A one (1)-year supply of Bars Blends x Olympos 2.5G vape products, defined for purposes of these rules as a maximum of twenty-four (24) Bars Blends products in total, fulfilled on a schedule determined by the Sponsor and subject to product availability — approx. $1,200 total (24 units at approx. $50 per unit).
• Grand Prize Total Approximate Retail Value: $8,000–$9,200.

Airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, travel insurance, passports/travel documents, visas, and all other costs of attending Baja Beach Fest are NOT included and are the winner's sole responsibility. The Sponsor is not responsible for, and assumes no liability related to, the winner's travel to or attendance at the event, including any cancellation, postponement, or change to the event itself, which is produced by an independent third-party event organizer, and this portion of the prize is subject to that event's own attendance policies and age restrictions. Cash prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholding and reporting requirements (see Section 9). All vape prize products are Farm Bill–compliant hemp-derived products intended for use only by individuals of legal age in jurisdictions where such use is lawful; the winner is solely responsible for confirming the legality of receiving and using these products at their delivery address. If a specific vape product or flavor is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, the Sponsor may substitute a comparable Bars Blends product of equal or greater value.

Runner-Up Prize (3 winners, one prize each) — Each of the three (3) Runner-Up winners will receive a one (1)-year supply of Bars Blends x Olympos 2.5G vape products, defined the same way as above: a maximum of twenty-four (24) Bars Blends products in total per winner, fulfilled on a schedule determined by the Sponsor and subject to product availability, with substitution rights as described above.

• Approximate Retail Value: $1,200 per Runner-Up winner (24 units at approx. $50 per unit).

General prize conditions: Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of any prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize (or portion of a prize) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only one (1) prize per person/household across the Grand Prize and Runner-Up categories — an entrant may not be selected as both the Grand Prize winner and a Runner-Up winner; if this occurs, an alternate Runner-Up will be selected.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Runner-Up winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by the Sponsor or an independent judging organization not affiliated with the Sponsor, under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the three Runner-Up winners, each drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. See Section 4 for the winner selection date.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within a reasonable period following the drawing. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within a specified number of days (e.g., 5–7 days) of attempted notification, and to provide a valid government-issued photo ID confirming age and state of residence.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified and, at the Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner (for the Grand Prize or the applicable Runner-Up slot) may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, the Sponsor, or their representatives.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
• As a condition of entry, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
• Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winners consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, hometown/state, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Taxes

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide a completed Form W-9 (or equivalent) and will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize awarded, as required by law.

10. Publicity & Data Use

Information collected via the entry form will be used to administer this Giveaway (entry validation, winner notification, and prize fulfillment) and, where the entrant has separately opted in, for marketing communications from the Sponsor. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at request.

11. Limitation of Liability; Disputes

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (d) any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway.

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, seated in California, and entrants waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
